  That the Debenture Committee enact Bylaw No. 2021-41 to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $200,000,000.00 ($15,000,000.00 of which amount may be raised by the issue of refinancing sinking fund debentures on or before the maturity date) for capital works of The Regional Municipality of York
