  That the Board adopt the following recommendation in the report dated October 25, 2019 from the Acting General Manager:

  1. Housing York Inc. Board of Directors approve the Energy and Utilities Management Plan - 2020-2024 (Attachment 1) for implementation, with funding sources to be approved through future annual budget submissions.

Kathy Milsom - General Manager - Housing York Inc.

Mayor Taylor introduced and welcomed Kathy Milsom, the new General Manager of Housing York Inc.  Ms. Milsom brings almost three decades of executive leadership experience in the public and private sectors in the areas of development, operations, facility management, project management and asset optimization.  Most recently, Ms. Milsom served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Toronto Community Housing Corporation.

Acknowledgement of Kerry Hobbs, Acting General Manager

Mayor Taylor thanked and acknowledged the work of Kerry Hobbs as Acting General Manager since the retirement of former General Manager, Rick Farrell.
