Call to Order

The Housing York Inc. Board meeting was called to order at 10:20 a.m.

Election of Chair

Regional Chair Emmerson nominated Mayor Taylor for the position of Chair of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. for 2020.

Regional Councillor Hamilton nominated Mayor Mrakas for the position of Chair, who did not accept the nomination.

There being no further nominations, it was moved by Regional Chair Emmerson, seconded by Mayor Lovatt that Mayor Taylor be acclaimed Chair of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. for 2020.

Election of Vice Chair

Regional Chair Emmerson nominated Mayor Lovatt for the position of Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. for 2020.

There being no further nominations, it was moved by Regional Chair Emmerson, seconded by Mayor Quirk that Mayor Lovatt be acclaimed Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. for 2020.

  That the Board receive the presentation by Kathy Milsom, General Manager, Housing Services, Michelle Willson, Chief Financial Officer, Housing York Inc. and Randall Profitt, Manager, Housing Operations.

  1. That the Board receive the presentation by Kathy Milsom, General Manager, Housing Services and Jody DeGagne, Manager, Housing Program and Delivery.
  2. That the Board approve extending its meetings on March 4, May 6 and September 2, 2020 to incorporate the addition of a workshop following each meeting.
